Please note by completing the A/V form, it DOES NOT GUARANTEE that all the items you request will be available for your use. You will be notified if any of the equipment you requested is not available so that you will have the opportunity to provide your own. If you need the Media Team to show you how to operate any of the equipment, please contact the Group Coordinator 2 weeks before arrival to schedule an appointment.
