QUE TRAER

  • Tu biblia y un diario donde puedas pasar tiempo con Dios.
  • Zapatos cómodos para correr y escalar y estar listos para la diversión. (tenemos excelentes rutas de escalada y deportes de campo).
  • Toallas para bañarse, y toallas extras para tiempo de piscina.
  • Sábanas para tu cama. (puedes rentarlas en la recepción por un pequeño costo) Cobijas y almohadas serán provistas.
  • Tu shampoo y jabón favoritos, bloqueador solar, repelente y desodorante.
  • Cepillo de dientes y pasta de dientes, medicamentos recetados y suministros de primeros auxilios, tapones para los oídos si tu compañero de cuarto ronca (ja ja)
  • Dinero para comprar en la tienda de regalos o para snacks, Linterna y botella de agua.
  • Linterna, botella de agua
  • Chamarra para lluvia, camisetas, ropa extra y pijamas.
  • Traje de baño (modesto por favor) la piscina estará abierta desde el fin de semana del “memorial Day” hasta el fin de semana del “Labor day”.

  • Por favor NO traer mascotas a menos que se esté quedando en carpas o casas móviles en los terrenos del campus.

  • Desayuno 8-9am
  • Almuerzo 12-1pm
  • Cena 5-6pm
  • Nuestra sala de comidas es un buffet ilimitado donde puedes pagar en efectivo o con tu tarjeta en el mismo salón. Los grupos obtienen tickets.
  • Todas las comidas incluyen bebidas frías o calientes de la barra de bebidas.
  • Los desayunos incluyen la barra de frutas, la barra de comidas frías o calientes, la barra de cereales fríos o calientes y todo en pan.

Nursery and Preschool age Permission Agreement

After service, please pick your child up in a timely manner.

PARTICIPANT INFORMATION:

PERMISSION INFORMATION:
Please check which of the activities you allow the counselor to help your child to participate in: (If child is not potty trained, the parent must leave the service to assist)
By typing your name you agree to the “Participation Agreement” on the bottom of this form.

This is a digital free zone- please leave all cell phones etc with guardian.

Note: Pictures may be taken and used for advertising purposes only, and you do hereby give permission to BMCR to use them.

Participation Agreement

I acknowledge that participation in the activities described involves risk to the participant (and to the participant’s parents or guardians, if the participant is a minor), and may result in various types of injury including, but not limited to, the following: sickness, bodily injury, death, emotional injury, personal injury, property damage, and financial damage. In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the activities described, the participant (or parent/guardian if the participant is a minor) acknowledges and accepts the risks of injury associated with participation in and transportation to and from the activity. The participant (or parent/guardian) accepts personal financial responsibility for any injury or other loss sustained during the activity or during transportation to and from the activity, as well as for any medical treatment rendered to the participant that is authorized by the sponsor or its agents, employees, volunteers, or any other representatives (collectively referred to as the “activity sponsor”). Further, the participant (or parent/guardian) releases and promises to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the activity sponsor for any injury arising directly or indirectly out of the described activity or transportation to and from the activity, whether such injury arises out of the negligence of the activity sponsor, the participant, or otherwise. If a dispute over this agreement or any claim for damages arises, the participant (or parent/guardian) agrees to resolve the matter through a mutually acceptable alternative dispute resolution process. If the participant (or parent/guardian) and the activity sponsor cannot agree upon such a process, the dispute will be submitted to a three-member arbitration panel for resolution in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
