About our speaker Dr. Edwin Felicie:

Dr. Edwin Felicie is a graduate of the Timothy Seminary International, under the internationally known Hebrew scholar Dr. Karl D. Coke, Chancellor and Director of T.S.I., which knowledge of Hebrew and the land of Israel is required throughout its studies. Dr. Felicie is the Chancellor of Timothy Seminary International West and keeping with the vision of the home being the center of Biblical education.

Edwin Felicie was born and reared in the South Bronx, NY and served honorably in the United States Army. Edwin Felicie has been married since 1978 to Juanita Amador and has been blessed with six children.

About our speaker Dr. Justin Elwell:

Justin D. Elwell, Th.D. is a Messianic Jewish disciple of Messiah Yeshua/Jesus, serving as the congregational rabbi of Messiah Congregation in New Hartford, New York. In addition to his congregational responsibilities, Justin has served and overseen educational institutions training ministers around the world, as well as care ministries reaching the poor, the widow and the orphan in India and Kenya.

Justin has served in ministry for well over twenty years, pastoring both messianic congregations and traditional churches. He is the Presiding Bishop and Executive Director of Restoration Fellowship International. Justin’s heart in ministry is to reach Jew and Gentile (Romans 1:16) with the message that, “We have found the One that Moses in the Torah, and also the prophets, wrote about – Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph” (Jn. 1:45). Justin has earned doctorates in Biblical Ethics and New Testament.

Justin and his wife Renee have been married for thirty years and have two married adult sons.
