Justin D. Elwell, Th.D. is a Messianic Jewish disciple of Messiah Yeshua/Jesus, serving as the congregational rabbi of Messiah Congregation in New Hartford, New York. In addition to his congregational responsibilities, Justin has served and overseen educational institutions training
ministers around the world, as well as care ministries reaching the poor, the widow and the orphan in India and Kenya. His podcast, Messiah in Life, has regular listeners in nearly 100 countries.
Serving in ministry for over twenty years, Justin has pastored both messianic congregations and traditional churches. He is ordained with Restoration Fellowship International, headquartered in Cleveland Tennessee, and serves on the Board of Directors. Justin’s heart in ministry is to reach Jew and Gentile (Romans 1:16) with the message that, “We have found the One that Moses in the Torah, and also the prophets, wrote about – Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph” (Jn. 1:45). Justin has earned doctorates in Biblical Ethics and New Testament.
Justin and his wife Renee have been married for twenty-eight years and have two adult sons.

Edwin Felicie came to the Lord in 1982. He is the overseer of the Jackson Home Study Group in Jackson, NJ.
Edwin Felicie (AKA Bishop) oversees several Home-Fellowships in the New Jersey and New York Area promoting Biblical Education to start in the home. He received his Bachelor Degree in Biblical Studies through The Timothy Program International under the tutelage of Dr. Karl Coke.
Edwin is licensed and ordained with Restoration Fellowship International under Dr. John Looper. Pastor Felicie is also on the Board of Restoration Fellowship International and is the Campus Director for the Timothy Program International taught in NJ.
Edwin has had the privilege of taking part and leading Biblical/Hebrew conferences in Mexico, Peru, Honduras, India and throughout several states here in the U.S.A. He has also coordinated several medical mission trips abroad.
Edwin has been married to Juanita since 1978. They have six children along with six grandchildren.
