Amidst the fear and turmoil surrounding the global scope of COVID-19, we declare Psalm 91:2 “I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.”
At Blue Mountain, our purpose is to provide an environment where God’s people can get away from the busyness of life to meet with Him. However, our top priority is the health and well-being of our guests and staff. Although we cannot gather, in remaining faithful to the safety protocols suggested by the President, the CDC, and by our local officials, our private Campgrounds and Facilities are available for families who need to get away starting May 1st.
We know you have been staying at home, but your family can come retreat with those who live in your household for a weekend away from home. As most of your know, our units have kitchens, so you can prepare your own meals for your family while you enjoy our hiking trails, outdoor basketball, tennis, volleyball, and soccer fields, as well as our prayer chapel during your family getaway. We are even offering 25% off for the month of May! If you are interested in renting a cabin call our office for more information.
Looking at the rest of Psalm 91, we are trusting in God’s provision and protection over the retreat during this time where groups and retreats have been cancelled. The evil plan of the enemy will not befall us; however, these cancellations have presented a financial strain to the ministry. The continued generosity of our Prayer Partners and guests during these trying times are what keep our founder, Brother Chris’ vision for BMCR alive. Furthering his vision, we expect our July Family Weeks and Fall Retreat Weekends to be kept in all God’s ways. By booking a reservation for these events, in faith, you will support BMCR, knowing that God will see us through this.
If you have questions about your reservations please call our office or email reservations@bmcr.org with your concerns.
God Bless,
Mark Grasso, President
